How do potential buyers/renters receive listing information from a XAP Realty Sign?

Potential buyers/renters use a text message enabled cell phone. Over 95% of all cell phones have text messaging capabilities.

1. Buyer/renter sees a sign, an advertisement, marketing material, or anything else that has your mobile marketing code and the XAP Realty short phone number.

2. Buyer/renter sends a text message of the mobile marketing code to the XAP Realty short phone number.  A mobile marketing code is a custom code that identifies your information.  The XAP Realty short phone number is a phone number used in a text message with a specific mobile marketing code to receive information to your cell phone.

3. Buyer/renter receives listing information or anything other information that you choose and you receive buyers/renters cell phone number along with the mobile marketing code that an inquiry was sent to.

How do I activate my mobile marketing code with XAP Realty?

Upon sign up you will receive a username and password to access the XAP Realty Client Administration.  You will then enter information for each mobile marketing code.  One mobile marketing code is required for each property.  You can use the same mobile marketing code on different property listings or for different information, but not at the same time.

Does XAP Realty work for everyone?

Yes.  XAP Realty works on 95% of all cell phones with text messaging capabilities, and does not require any hardware or software to manage.

Is XAP Realty invasive to potential buyers?

No.  XAP Realty is an opt-in service, which means that potential buyers only receive information that they specifically request.  By sending a text message users are agreeing to the terms of service, and it becomes the agent’s responsibility to decide whether a phone call is invasive (based on the latest Mobile Marketing Association's Consumer Best Practice Guidelines).
